WITS CHATTANOOGA VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Ready to help make WITS Chattanooga the most incredible WITS yet?!
The WITS Travel Creator Summit in Chattanooga, Tennessee will bring hundreds of travel creators and industry members together to change the face of the travel industry. As a volunteer, you’ll get behind-the-scenes access to see what it's like putting on an international conference of this scale.
There are two ways to get involved as a volunteer at WITS. Read on for more!
General Volunteer
General volunteers are asked to be available for a minimum of 10 hours throughout the event to assist with:
→ Staffing session rooms and registration tables
→ Set up and break down
→ Directing attendees to where they need to be
→ Greeting attendees at parties and other conference events
→ And other tasks that help us keep the conference running smoothly.
Social Volunteer
Deliverables will vary depending on your strongest channel, but may include:
→ 1 post or reel before the conference
→ 1 in-conference content deliverable
→ 1 post or reel covering your Chattanooga experience
→ 1 post or reel recapping your WITS experience
→ Daily stories throughout the conference
What volunteers get.
Volunteers are offered a free ticket to WITS Chattanooga, with access to any of our sessions (excluding Beginner Bootcamp, unless you are selected to volunteer at that time or pay for a Beginner Bootcamp ticket add-on).
Volunteers also get access to all WITS-related events and activities that come with a regular ticket, including our tours, parties, Media Marketplace, Sunday brunch, and more.
We encourage everyone to apply (we love having partners and allies supporting this work!), especially those from the local area.
