When are Mentor Meetings?

This year, Mentor Meetings are happening virtually in the weeks before and after WITS, with times available throughout the day depending on a mentor’s schedule. Check each mentor’s personal booking link to see when they’re available.

How do I sign up and pay?

Once you find a mentor you want to book a meeting with, click the booking button under their listing, choose the date and time you’d like to meet, and submit your payment.

Where do I go to meet my mentor for our meeting?

This year, Mentor Meetings are happening entirely online. Your mentor will connect with you personally to share the video conferencing platform you can use to meet with them.

Can I book more than one Mentor Meeting?

Yes! You’re absolutely welcome to book meetings with more than one mentor, or book multiple meetings with the same mentor if you really love them. Keep in mind that you will be charged for every meeting you book.

How do I prepare for my meeting?

This part is up to you. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your mentor so that you can prepare any questions you'd like to ask them or topics you’d like to cover. Feel free to reach out to them directly if you have more specific questions about how it might be helpful to prepare.

Can I change/cancel my meeting and get a refund after I’ve booked it?

Typically, all sales are final. However, you can reach out directly to your mentor to inquire if they are able to issue you a refund.

Will I miss anything else at WITS if I schedule a Mentor Meeting?

Nope! Because we’re hosting Mentor Meetings virtually this year they won’t conflict with any other programming.
